LATE ARRIVALS:	After hours the keys will be available for collection at the Thredbo Alpine Hotel Reception, open 24 hours.
PARKING:	One car space (no.15) is available outside the apartment.
FINAL PAYMENTS:	Due sixty (60) days prior to arrival.
BOND:	A credit card imprint equal to $500 is required on checkin as a security bond.
