Brumby Rise has uninterrupted views up into Crackenback Range, where deer, kangaroos, wombats, and sometimes wild brumbies can be seen.

The large, modern entertainer’s kitchen with marble benchtop and ample storage flows into the dinning area with huge 10-seater dining table. This open plan design provides a further connection between the dining area and the relaxed lounge area. In the lounge area there’s a large smart TV mounted on a beautiful rockwork fireplace^ with access to cable and free-to-air channels, and Netflix and Stan. The floor to ceiling windows in the living spaces offer 270-degree immersion in the natural surrounds.

There’s a private deck nestled at the rear of the property with fire pit^, grassy area and direct views of Crackenback Range just metres away, and a separate outdoor patio with gas BBQ. The dedicated media room can be closed off to rest of chalet and includes another smart TV.

The sleeping quarters are separated from living spaces, with the main bedroom including a King-sized bed, large ensuite bathroom with rainfall showerhead, stunning woodgrain tiles, marble vanity, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. The light-filled second bedroom with twin single beds offers views onto Crackenback Range, and the main bathroom has a deep bath, separate shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Stay warm with double-glazed windows, underfloor heating throughout the property, panel heaters in the bedrooms, as well as reverse cycle air-conditioning in the main living space. Additional features include a large fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer and sink, huge drying room, free Wi-Fi, and lock-up garage.
