Set across two levels, with the living spaces upstairs and bedrooms downstairs, the property offers great flexibility for families and couples alike. La Casita has stunning views across the lake and onto Crackenback Range, as well as views both North and South of the Main Range Perched on a ridge above the Lake, you enter the second floor through a heated mudroom with bench and generous hanging space.

The living area features a vaulted double-height ceiling that brings in a wealth of natural light. The open kitchen has stainless steel benchtops, pantry, ample storage, large fridge, microwave, oven, and induction cooktop, and flows into the dining area with its solid wood dining table.

There’s an elegant, comfortable lounge area with smart TV and fireplace, and a separate sunken sunroom with daybed and picture windows that frame superb views of the lake and Main Range. The north-facing balcony receives light all afternoon and is the perfect place to take in the lake views and watch the sun set over the mountains.

Downstairs hosts a large, light-filled main bedroom with polished concrete floors and Queen-sized bed, smart TV, huge ensuite with shower, heated towel rails, and walk-in wardrobe. The second bedroom includes two single beds, polished concrete floors, smart TV, and ensuite. Other features include free Wi-Fi, double glazing, hydronic heating, laundry with sink, washing machine and dryer, electric BBQ, upstairs powder room, and dedicated study nook.

There’s also undercover parking for two cars that provides covered access directly into the property.
