Cootapatamba is a large chalet on an elevated position that offers spectacular views directly down the Main Range towards Thredbo. Set across the entire lower floor, this classic chalet has ample room for a family or group of friends and is designed to ensure a comfortable stay.

This large, classically styled chalet has a full kitchen with granite benchtops, European appliances and a gas cooktop. The kitchen interconnects with the main living space, where there’s a large comfortable lounge, separate sitting area, and solid wood dining table for eight.

The living space has full length glass doors that bring the outside in and open onto an undercover outdoor patio with superb views. The patio further connects to a large grassy area to enjoy. It’s a comfortable and beautifully appointed property, with gas heating as well as an open fire^ and a private sauna to ease any aches and pains.

The main bathroom has a jetted bathtub and separate toilet. There is also a large drying room to dry and store your gear and have it ready for the next day.

Entertainment options include a large smart TV, Bluetooth music streaming, and a DVD player. Other features include free Wi-Fi, double glazing, central heating, a full laundry with sink, washing machine and dryer and a large gas BBQ.

There is also a single lock-up garage and an additional parking spot directly outside the property.

Cootapatamba is situated on the lower floor below another property called ‘Narrawallee‘. The two properties can be connected via an internal door at the entryway, making it a four bedroom + loft chalet. This is a perfect arrangement for two families or larger groups, offering privacy and functionality.
