Vantage is a rare three-bedroom property offering plenty of space and multiple living areas, making it a great option for families. Set on its own large block with greenery on all sides, this property is extremely central while still providing privacy. It’s directly adjacent to the golf course and less than 100m from the playground, trampolines, and archery.
Enter the light-filled entryway and immediately be drawn to the spectacular Australian hardwood floors. The living area has a vaulted ceiling with great views of the Main Range, a large, comfortable, and relaxed couch, and Sonos sound system, with the centrepiece being the two-way fireplace^ between the lounge and dining area, with its solid wood table for eight. Directly off the living area is a huge multi-level north-facing balcony that’s the perfect spot for a morning or afternoon drink. The large kitchen has high-end appliances, including espresso machine, wine fridge, along with butler’s pantry and everything else you need to prepare a home-cooked meal.
The main bedroom with queen-sized bed has direct access to the balcony, walk in wardrobe and huge ensuite complete with heated floors and deep spa bath looking out to the mountains. The second light-filled bedroom with queen-sized bed is directly next to the second bathroom with bath, rainfall showerhead and heated floors, while the third bedroom has bunk beds and a large window looking onto the golf course. These rooms are complimented by a media room with large TV and loft.
The wood^ fireplace, central ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning in living area, panel heating in bedrooms, and ceiling fans throughout the property mean you will be the perfect temperature year-round.
