Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi. If your property does, it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect the use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout their visit.
If your property has a wood fireplace, wood is not supplied. Wood can be purchased from local service stations and supermarkets.
No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.
