Drying room has electric panel heating and is automatically vented with humidity control. Full kitchen with gourmet kitchen appliances, front loading washing machine and dryer. Two car spaces. Both bedrooms have built-in robes, TV’s (and a DVD player in bedroom 2) as well as panel heaters on walls. The bathroom has heated towel rail with underfloor heating.

  Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time.  Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods. No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check in.
• All guests regardless of age must be confirmed on your booking.
• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
• A credit card security bond and identification submitted online is required prior to check in (Visa/Mastercard). This  is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
