An indoor/outdoor living space has sliding partition doors, opening the space up to the landscaped backyard and entertaining area with a water feature. A separate living room in addition to the main open-plan kitchen and lounge room will give parents and kids separate spaces to relax.

All the modern comforts you’d expect are present including reverse-cycle ducted air-conditioning and two fireplaces^ in the living rooms, ensuring you’re comfortable no matter the season. The two-car lockup garage leaves plenty of space for snow gear and mountain bikes.
