General Information:

• • All guests, regardless of age, must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
  • Regardless of the number of beds in a property, maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded.
  • Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
  • If your property includes bunk beds, the linen and doonas will be placed on each bed for your arrival, though the beds themselves may not be made.
  • Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi, however if your property has Wi-Fi, it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect the use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for the non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout their visit.
  • If your property has a wood fireplace, firewood may not be supplied. It can be purchased in Jindabyne.
  • No pets are allowed in any property (unless stated otherwise) or within the Kosciuszko National Park.
  • All properties are non-smoking.

• Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
• No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
