Summit 13 is a comfortable three bedroom apartment overlooking the lake with a very central location. Sleeping eight guests over three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite. The second bedroom has a double and a single bed and the third bedroom has single bunks and separate single.

Fully self contained kitchen, open dining and lounge room that opens up to the large balcony with lake views. Main bathroom has separate shower and bath tub, internal laundry and two undercover off street car parks. Property is well set up for families and children with electric heating, some toys, large selection of DVD’s and gaming consoles available for guest use and has free Wi-Fi included.

- If your property includes bunk beds, the linen and doonas will be placed on each bed for your arrival, though the beds themselves may not be made.

No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
