Khione 6 is split level with the middle level having the second bedroom with two king single beds, combined laundry bathroom with a shower and internal garage access. The stairs then lead up to the spacious master loft bedroom which has a queen bed, ensuite with a spa bath and private balcony.

The single garage is accessed via the driveway and there is an additional outdoor car space adjacent to the garage for a second car.
