Family Chalet 27 Bedding Configuration:

Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests **

Bedroom 1: King bed (or 2 single beds) with ensuite – downstairs
Bedroom 2: Tri-bunk (double on bottom, single up top) + queen bed – downstairs
Alcove: 2 single beds for 0-4 yr olds – upstairs

The bed configuration required must be specified at time of booking and changes cannot be made on arrival day.
All bed linen, doonas, pillows and one towel per person is supplied.

**The Stables Resort in Perisher is situated in the Kosciuszko National Park (KNP), with limited bed capacity per property. Family Chalet 27 has a bed allocation for 4 people, in strict adherence to KNP regulations. This bed allocation includes children 5 years old and above. While children 0-4 years are not counted in the maximum guest occupancy they must be included on your booking.

Parking/Getting to The Stables Resort:

During the snow season there is no on-site parking at The Stables Resort and no overnight parking in Perisher Valley. Access to Perisher Valley is via the Skitube from Bullocks Flat. Free, patrolled overnight parking is available at the Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal.
Once you disembark the Skitube in Perisher, complimentary oversnow transfers between the Perisher Skitube Terminal and The Stables Resort are included in your tariff on arrival and departure days.

General Information:

All guests, regardless of age, must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
Regardless of the number of beds in a property, maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded.
Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi. If your property does, it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect the use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout their visit.
No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.
All properties are non-smoking.

Check-in & Security Bond:

Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
Luggage storage is available at the property before check-in and after check-out.
A credit card security bond and identification (Visa/Mastercard) are required prior to check-in. This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
