The Stables Resort

Stables Resort in Perisher offers cosy, deluxe apartments ranging from studios for 2, up to three bedroom apartments for families and groups.

Located in the heart of Perisher Valley, Stables Resort apartments provide boutique accommodation for friends and family to enjoy their snow or summer holiday. The spacious apartments have views over Perisher Valley and the surrounding alpine region, while inside you’ll find all the comforts of home including full kitchen facilities, comfortable furnishings and a cosy living area to relax after a long day in the mountains. Some apartments have balconies and fireplaces, while all apartments have laundry facilities.

For your convenience, Stables Resort also has the famous Stallions Restaurant and Bar, open during winter for breakfast, dinner and happy hour, and offering takeaway for in-house guests at Stables Resort.

Getting to Stables Resort:

As parking is unavailable at Perisher Valley, access to Stables Resort is via the Skitube. Free, patrolled overnight parking is available at the Bullocks Flat Skitube Terminal and complimentary oversnow transfers between the Perisher Skitube Terminal and Stables Resort are included with your tariff on arrival and departure days.

When booking at The Stables Resort, you are reserving an apartment within your chosen category, rather than a specific apartment number. Décor and styling vary between apartments.

General Information:

All guests, regardless of age, must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
Regardless of the number of beds in a property, maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded.
Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi. If your property does, it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect the use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout their visit.
No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.
All properties are non-smoking.

Check-in & Security Bond:

Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
Luggage storage is available at the property before check-in and after check-out.
A credit card security bond and identification (Visa/Mastercard) are required prior to check-in. This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.

Winter arrival and departure options are Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays:

On these days, complimentary over-snow transfers are provided from the Perisher Valley Skitube Terminal to The Stables Resort Perisher.
