Parking:

There is no street parking in Thredbo. If you have extra vehicles or if your vehicle cannot fit in the garage, the Thredbo Overnight Carpark is close by.

It’s Good To Know:

• All guests regardless of age must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
• Please be aware not all properties have Wi-Fi, however if your property has Wi-Fi it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout your visit.
• No pets allowed in any property nor in the Kosciuszko National Park.
• All properties are non-smoking.

Check-in & Security Bond:

• Check in time: 4:00pm / Check out time: 10:00am.
• Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same day changeovers.
• No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
• Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via a link that will be emailed to you is required prior to check in (Visa/Mastercard). This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
