This fully self contained apartment offers convenience and comfort at an affordable price. The large lounge area has a lovely wood burning fireplace to keep you cosy and warm during the winter months. The private balcony provides spectacular mountain views. There are 3 bedrooms plus a loft. The loft has a low ceiling so is suitable only for younger children. Extra luxuries such as complimentary wi-fi* and heated bathroom floors, as well as conveniences such as ski/snowboard storage and a drying cupboard make Lhotsky 4 your home away from home and a fantastic option for families and groups looking for affordable indulgence. All linen and towels are provided. There is also communal bike storage and a bike wash on the car park level on a first come first serve basis.

Lhotsky 4 Bedding Configuration:

Maximum Guest Occupancy: 8

Bedroom 1: King bed
Bedroom 2: King split bed (can be 1 king bed or 2 single beds)
Bedroom 3: 2 double beds
Loft: Queen bed (because of the low ceiling the loft is only suitable for small children)

Your preferred bedding configuration must be advised at time of booking. All bed linen, doonas, pillows and one towel per person is supplied.

On Site parking for 2 cars.

Extra vehicles must park at the Thredbo Overnight Carpark as there is no street parking in Thredbo.

The loft is suitable only for younger children as a play area as it has a low ceiling.
