Thredbo is under strict bed licensing laws within the national park and if guest numbers exceed this, you can be subject to large fines. Minut technology is used in order to monitor the amount of guests staying in a property to adhere to these rules.
  • Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi. If your property does, it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions.   • No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.

Check-in & Security Bond:

  • Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
  • Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
  • No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
  • Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via a link that will be emailed to you are required prior to check-in (Visa/Mastercard).
