Squatters Run 12a is bathed in light and has views across the Village Square and up the mountain. The generous open plan living and dining area features a wood fireplace, large TV and sound system and opens onto a balcony equipped with a BBQ. The apartment comes with a parking space for one car, ski and boot locker facilities and an internal drying cupboard.

^Firewood is not supplied during summer (October – May). Firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station during these months.
