Riverside Cabins are well known for their great location by the river, comfortable and well-equipped accommodation and great value. With fully self contained studio loft and one bedroom and loft cabins, there is an accommodation option for every type of traveller.

Each cosy Riverside Cabin has a fully self contained kitchen so you can choose whether you cater for yourself during your holiday or enjoy a meal in one of Thredbo’s many cafes or restaurants. Most cabins offer a balcony to take in the fresh mountain air, and most cabins also provide a washing machine and dryer. Each cabin comes with a parking spot in the dedicated parking area, approximately 100m just across the road from the entrance to the cabins.

Riverside Cabins are located only a couple of minutes walk to the village square, which means you’re always close to shops and nightlife throughout Thredbo. During both summer and winter, the lifts are nearby for whatever Thredbo adventure you want to have.

Each cabin comes with one parking spot in the dedicated parking area, approximately 100m from the entrance to the cabins. Extra cars have complimentary parking in the village overnight parking behind the Thredbo Leisure Centre.

Parking & Getting To Your Cabin:

One car space per cabin is available in a dedicated car park for Riverside Cabins, located approximately 100m across the road from the entrance to the cabins. There is no street parking in Thredbo. Additional parking is available in the Thredbo Overnight Carpark.
The access path to each cabin, starting from Diggings Terrace, is pedestrian access only. There is a drop off zone on Diggings Terrace and luggage trolleys are available if needed to assist with getting your luggage to your cabin.

General Information:

All guests, regardless of age, must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
Regardless of the number of beds in a property, maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded.
Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
A starting supply of amenities is provided. These items are not restocked during your stay and your apartment is not serviced daily.
All cabins include bed linen & towels.
Hairdryers are NOT provided.
No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.
All properties are non-smoking.
All Riverside Cabins have external and internal stairs.
Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi, however if your property has Wi-Fi it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout your visit.

Check-in & Security Bond:

Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
Key collection is from the Thredbo Information Centre and after hours from reception at Thredbo Alpine Hotel.
No luggage storage is available, and cars are not permitted to park in the dedicated car park prior to check-in.
Security Bond: A credit card (Visa/Mastercard) security bond and identification is required at check-in. This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
