Parking:

On site parking for 1 car. Extra vehicles must park at the Thredbo Overnight Carpark as there is no street parking in Thredbo.

All guests, regardless of age, must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
All bed linen and towels (1 per person) is supplied. If additional towels are required, please BYO.
Regardless of the number of beds in a property, maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded. Every property is advertised showing the MAXIMUM amount of guests allowed in the property. Thredbo is under strict bed licensing laws within the national park and if guest numbers exceed this, you can be subject to large fines. Minut technology is used in order to monitor the amount of guests staying in a property to adhere to these rules.
Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi. No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.

Check-in & Security Bond:

Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via a link that will be emailed to you are required prior to check-in (Visa/Mastercard). This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
