General Information:

• All guests, regardless of age, must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
• Regardless of the number of beds in a property, maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded.
• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
• Please be aware that not all properties have Wi-Fi. If your property does, it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect the use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout their visit.
• No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.
• All properties are non-smoking.

Check-in & Security Bond:

• Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
• Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
• No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
• Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via a link that will be emailed to you are required prior to check-in (Visa/Mastercard). This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
