No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.

Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
No luggage storage is available, and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
