  • ^ Firewood is not supplied October to May. During these months, if required firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station.

  • Please be aware not all properties have Wi-Fi, however if your property has Wi-Fi it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout your visit.
  • No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.
  • All properties are non-smoking.

Check-in & Security Bond:

  • Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
  • Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
  • No luggage storage is available, and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
  • Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via an email link are required prior to check-in (Visa/Mastercard). This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
