Khione 7 is a modern, split level townhouse with two bedrooms, two bathrooms sleeping up to five guests. The main entrance brings you straight into the open plan living, kitchen and dining areas with access to a courtyard with a BBQ. The kitchen comes fully equipped with modern appliances and a dishwasher, the lounge features large comfortable couches to relax into after a long day on the mountain.

On the entry level is also the second bedroom with a tri-bunk, combined laundry bathroom with a shower and internal garage access. The stairs then lead up to the spacious master loft bedroom which has an ensuite with a spa bath. There is electric heating throughout.

There is parking for two cars, one in the single garage and an additional outdoor car space adjacent to the garage.

Centrally located in Jindabyne, only 30-40 minutes drive to Thredbo or Perisher Ski Resorts. Jindabyne is part of the Snowy Mountains region, offering a range of activities for all seasons.
