Kooringa 7 is a comfortable lake view apartment perfect for 2 couples or a small group of friends. The entrance into the property takes you into the cosy kitchen and living area. There is electric heating throughout the property and access straight out onto the terrace from the living area where you can enjoy lake views, or you can take in the scenery from the warm lounge room. Both bedrooms have their own sliding doors for direct access to the patio and also have lovely lake views. The property also has a separate laundry and drying area off the undercover parking space with one additional outdoor space for a second vehicle.

  • Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same day changeovers.
  • No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
  • Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via a link that will be emailed to you is required prior to check in (Visa/Mastercard).
