This country style 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom house features a large open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. A gas heater and slow combustion fireplace with plenty of fire wood are supplied to keep the area warm. There is also reverse cycle aircon unit in the living area to keep you cool in summer. All bedrooms are fitted with wall heaters. A separate toilet is situated down the hallway.

  Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time.  Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods. No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check in.
• All guests regardless of age must be confirmed on your booking.
• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
• A credit card security bond and identification submitted online is required prior to check in (Visa/Mastercard). This  is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
