This property features more than enough room for two families with five bedrooms, three with ensuites. The laundry has a separate toilet, bathroom, washing machine and dryer and doubles as drying room with a dedicated Wintersteiger boot dryer. The property has its own private indoor sauna for guests to unwind in after a big day on the hill and fireplace to relax by in the living room (firewood not included – can be purchased from local service stations).

All living areas and bedrooms have reverse cycle A/C with TV/DVD player. Extra-large balcony with views over the tranquil Pooh Bay includes a BBQ, outdoor dining setting and outdoor lounge.   Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time.  Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods. No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check in.
• All guests regardless of age must be confirmed on your booking.
• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
• A credit card security bond and identification submitted online is required prior to check in (Visa/Mastercard). This  is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
