With comfort and relaxation essential to a great getaway, our lounge room has been designed with this in mind, boasting a generous seating area and large screen TV. With plenty of space for everyone, our lounge room is the perfect place to unwind and make unforgettable memories.
Enjoy the view each morning and night from your private balcony and the convenience of your own ski and snowboard locker to keep your gear safe. The apartment also has a drying cupboard to keep your clothing warm and ready for use, as well as a laundry for longer stays.

Aspen Chalet Bedding Configuration:
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 6
Bedroom 1: King split bed (can be king or 2 singles)
Bedroom 2: King split bed (can be king or 2 singles)
Bedroom 3: King split bed (can be king or 2 singles)
Your preferred bedding configuration must be advised at time of booking. All bed linen, doonas, pillows and one towel per person is supplied.
It’s Good To Know:
- All guests regardless of age must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
- Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
- Store room within the apartment shown on the floor plan is a locked cupboard and not available for use by guests.
- No pets allowed in any property nor in the Kosciuszko National Park.
- No smoking or vaping inside any property.
Check-in & Security Bond:
- Check in time: 4:00pm / Check out time: by 10:00am.
- Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same day changeovers.
- No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
- Wi-Fi is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout your visit.
- A guest registration and security bond is required prior to check-in. This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
