This beautifully appointed chalet has quality furnishings throughout and features a fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room with gas fireplace, large single lock up garage with heated driveway, storage for bikes, skis or snowboard, a drying room and laundry facilities.  Split over 3 levels with the 3rd floor including a large loft/lounge area.

In winter the free shuttle bus stop is just 50m away to shuttle you to Friday Flat or Valley Terminal base areas. In the summer months for guests preferring hiking, golfing or mountain biking, the garage is extra large and can store securely your sporting equipment, up to five bikes plus a car. It is situated next to the golf course for golf enthusiasts.

• This property has internal stairs.
• All guests regardless of age must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
• Please be aware not all properties have wi-fi, however if your property has wi-fi it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of wi-fi throughout your visit.
• No pets allowed in any property nor in the Kosciuszko National Park.
• All properties are non-smoking.

• Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time. Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same day changeovers.
• No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
• A Guest Registration/Security Bond form is required to be completed and returned prior to your arrival day. This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
