Kirkwood 4 is set in the peaceful and picturesque environment of the Woodridge Estate, Thredbo close to Friday Flat – the home of Thredboland and Ski School.  Relax in the spa bath after a long day of skiing or take the kids across to the Thredbo Leisure Centre where they can have some fun in the Olympic sized swimming pool and slide, which is only a short walk away.

Parking:

Parking for 1 car outside the apartment. Extra cars have complimentary parking in the village overnight car park behind the Thredbo Leisure Centre.

It’s Good To Know:

• All guests regardless of age must be listed and confirmed on your booking.
• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.
• Please be aware not all properties have wi-fi, however if your property has wi-fi it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of wi-fi throughout your visit.
• No pets allowed in any property nor in the Kosciuszko National Park.
• All properties are non-smoking.

Check-in & Security Bond:

• Check in time: 4:00pm / Check out time: 10:00am.
  Check in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check in time.  Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same day changeovers.
• No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
• Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via a link that will be emailed to you is required prior to check in (Visa/Mastercard). This  is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
