Squatters Run 11 is a one bedroom and loft apartment on the upper level of stage 1 of Squatters Run.

The apartment has a full kitchen to allow you to cater for yourself, while its amazing location in the village square means you can take advantage of the many eateries and restaurants Thredbo has to offer. It has a spacious balcony overlooking the village square with wonderful mountain views. The apartment has its own private entrance with a dedicated off street carpark just metres from the front door.

For your comfort and convenience, Squatters Run 11 also has a wood fireplace and private laundry facilities. There is a full kitchen with microwave as well as underfloor heating to keep you cosy and warm. Lock up ski and boot storage is also provided for guests. Bike facilities are also provided during the Summer months.

• Early check ins and late check outs cannot be provided in busy periods. No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check in

• Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots
• A starting supply of amenities is provided. These items are not restocked during your stay
