The property features a double lock-up garage and a drying room, adding an extra layer of convenience. The outdoor facilities, such as the modern spa and the summer fire pit, are nestled within the beautiful surrounds of the National Park. The expansive rear bushland area becomes a haven for wildlife lovers, hosting a variety of native animals such as deer, wombats, wallaby and an array of local bird species. Summit Belle is not merely a place to stay; it’s an immersive experience, a private sanctuary amidst the mountains.

Summit Belle Bedding Configuration:
Maximum Occupancy: 8 Guests
- Bedroom 1 (top level): King bed plus ensuite
- Bedroom 2 (middle level): King bed plus ensuite
- Bedroom 3 (middle level): King split bed (can be king or 2 singles) with adjacent bathroom
- Bedroom 4 (bottom level): King split bed (can be king or 2 singles) with lounge, wet bar, fridge and ensuite
All bed linen, doonas, pillows and one towel per person is supplied.
Parking:
Double garage plus off street parking for an additional 3 cars.
Extra vehicles must park at the Thredbo Overnight Carpark as there is no street parking in Thredbo.
It’s Good To Know:
- * Please be aware not all properties have Wi-Fi, however if your property has Wi-Fi it is provided for free and is not always guaranteed to be functional due to the regional area/location and rapidly changing weather conditions. This may also affect use of Smart TVs. Guests will not be reimbursed for non-operation of Wi-Fi throughout your visit.
- **There may be times when a jacuzzi is out of operation due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance – all efforts will be made to repair promptly but under such circumstances, no compensation will be available to the guest(s).
- ^ Firewood is not supplied October to May. During these months, if required firewood can be purchased from the Thredbo Service Station.
