Each Lhotsky apartment has a fully equipped, modern kitchen which means you have the option of cooking for yourself or dining out at one of Thredbo’s many eateries. All apartments offer complimentary wireless internet, onsite parking and great mountain views. The larger apartments have the added luxuries of fireplaces, spa baths and balconies. For your convenience, a ski storage and drying room is also provided to keep your winter gear safe, dry and ready for use.

During summer, the beautiful mountains are waiting to be climbed while the golf course, tennis courts and alpine bobsled are just a few metres away. Regardless of the number of beds in a property, maximum guest occupancy may not be exceeded.
Additional beds cannot be provided. Portable bedding is not permitted to be brought by guests with the exception of travel cots.

No pets are allowed in any property or in the Kosciuszko National Park.

Check-in & Security Bond:

Check-in time: 4:00 pm / Check-out time: by 10:00 am.
Check-in times are subject to change depending on cleaning workloads on changeover days. Every effort will be made to adhere to the check-in time. Early check-ins and late check-outs cannot be provided in peak periods or on same-day changeovers.
No luggage storage is available and cars are not permitted to park at the property prior to check-in.
Contactless Check-in: A credit card security bond and identification submitted online via a link that will be emailed to you are required prior to check-in (Visa/Mastercard). This is essential before receiving access to your accommodation and forms part of the terms and conditions of your booking.
