How It Works: 

• THE BEGINNING:  Skis, boots, helmets, snowboards. Quickly reserve all your gear so as not to miss out.
• YOUR PERSONAL SKI TECHNICIAN:  On your arrival day, probably …. you’d rather be relaxing than waiting in line at a ski shop, your own personal ski technician will deliver and fit your equipment at your accommodation.
• THE DELIVERY:  All of your equipment is chosen from our favourite brands, configured to your size, weight and ability, and then carefully packed into ski/boot bags and delivered to your accommodation. If any of your equipment doesn’t fit at first, we carry lots of spare boots, skis and snowboards, so we will make sure that you are left with the right gear.
• UPGRADES, CHANGES AND CONTINUOUS CARE:  If you would like to change any of your equipment during your holiday you can arrange to have one of our ski technicians meet you on the slopes, or back at your accommodation after the lifts have closed. All changes are free of charge.
• OUR PROMISE:  SkiDoc offers a luxury service, but we don’t want you to pay more than what you’d pay elsewhere in resort. If you find ski hire at a better price in resort from Perisher or Thredbo owned outlets, let us know and we’ll do our best to price match.
• THE ENDING:  Because the end of your holiday is as important as the start, all equipment is collected from your accommodation after your last day of skiing.
